Simon – Captain

Simon has been in the yachting industry since 1999 and has achieved his MCA Master 3000gt licence. He has enjoyed working as Captain on both private and charter yachts for more than 10 years in the Med and Gulf states. Born in Australia Simon grew up surfing and playing Australian rules football, cricket, golf and basketball at a competitive level and still enjoys cycling, tennis or any kind of physical activity on a daily basis. Simon and his team aim to provide an enjoyable, friendly experience on board M/Y Enchantress.


Matthew Moore - Mate

Matthew is from Brisbane, Australia. Travelling the east coast of Australia during his younger years encouraged him to set off and discover the world. His love for the water and the great outdoors led him to find his ideal career in yachting, which he has been doing for six years. Matt previously worked as a remedial masseuse. He has a passion for fresh flavors and food. Staying fit and having fun while doing so is the way he leads his life


Joe Baxter – Deckhand

Joe was born in the South of England and has been involved in water sports from an early age. Teaching at instructor level at various centers in the UK, Joe has also raced in sail around the world and in his spare time he also snowboards, wakeboards and loves cooking for friends. Coming from the well known Super yacht Turquoise to Enchantress, Joe is looking forward to getting everyone in the water and having some fun.

Neil Snowball – Chef

Neil is an exceptionally talented Head Chef who has worked in some of the most iconic and prestigious Michelin star kitchens alongside world famous chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Clare Smyth. As head chef at Petrus, Senior Development Chef at The Fat Duck and Development chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (Royal Hospital Road) he has been at the forefront of modern and innovative cuisine and instrumental in the success of these restaurants over the past 8 years.
This is what Gordon Ramsay himself said about Neil when he joined Petrus as Head Chef in 2014 - "Neil is quite possibly one of the most creative, one of the most talented young chefs in Britain today, that is at the cutting edge of innovative exciting food."


Vinah Litchfield - Chief Stewardess

Vinah was born in Nelson, the sunshine capital of New Zealand! With a family whose background is largely in the horticultural and agricultural sector, the outdoors played an important part in her childhood. After completing her university studies Vinah left New Zealand to travel the world. During this time she discovered yachting through friends which allowed her to combine her love of the water with travel. She has worked as Chief Stewardess in many areas of the Western Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Bahamas and in some culturally diverse and challenging places such as Lebanon in the Eastern Mediterranean. Vinah looks forward to taking great care of our guests to ensure their trip is an unforgettable one.


Sarah Smith – Second Stewardess

Sarah is a professional portrait artist and experienced traveller from the coastal town of Margaret River in Western Australia. She has a background in Veterinary nursing and has studied music most of her life, she also enjoys being outdoors and all water activities which lead her to a career in the Yachting industry. With a flair for creative decorating and a passion for working with people she hopes all guests have a fabulous holiday on board.
